All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. My Calling Card will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Service Modification

My Calling Card cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of faults. At times AMARFONE may need to suspend service to correct a fault or for maintenance purposes. My Calling Card will try to restore the service as fast as possible. My Calling Card reserves the right to modify or discontinue service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. My Calling Card is not obligated to support or update our service and will not be liable to you or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify or discontinue our service and products.

Use of Service

Without limiting other remedies, AMARFONE may limit, suspend, or terminate this license and prohibit access to the AMARFONE website and delete your user with immediate effect, if we think that you are in breach of this agreement, creating problems, possible legal liabilities, acting inconsistently, infringing someone else's intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent, immoral or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons.

Special conditions

My Calling Card does not support any emergency calls (eg: 112, 211, 999, 911) as available

CALL RATES

3.1 Each time you use your AMARFONE card, the Credit on your AMARFONE card will be reduced by the charges incurred, calculated by AMARFONE using the call rates for AMARFONE Cards ("Call Rates"). 3.2 All calls using My Calling Card Card are charged in one-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest minute. 3.3 Call Rates are subject to change at any time. 3.4 Every effort is made to ensure that Call Rates are correct and up to date. Please check the Call Rates for the most up-to-date rates before you make a call as you will be charged at the then-current rates listed at the time you make your call.

Voice Quality

There are multiple factors that contribute to voice quality on the end-user side and not all factors are contributed by AMARFONE. Voice quality can be affected due to end-user connectivity, last-mile internet quality, mobile handset issues, and operating system issues. My Calling Card will be responsible to ensure the quality of its own network.
